Gwinnett County
Gwinnett County - a rare HR/Payroll implementation completed under budget and before time. WCC took complete ownership of the HR/Payroll piece of the implementation ranging from blueprinting to configuration, data conversion to testing, go live and post support services for them.
Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)
Los Angeles School District (LAUSD), the second largest school district in the nation serves over 700,000 students and employs over 80,000 individuals. LAUSD Business Tools for School (BTS) project is a 27 month ERP implementation of the SAP software. SAP, a fully integrated software system, is designed to manage various business functions such as payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payble, facilities, human resources and supply chain. Deloitte was the lead SAP implementaion partner.
