I hope this email finds you well. This is Aishwarya Thadiparthi, one of your students in TYE last year.
I realized after quarantine began in March 2020 and when the TYE competition was over, I got caught up in my life forgetting to express gratitude towards you for serving as my mentor! Looking back, I joined TYE knowing absolutely nothing about business/entrepreneurship, and initially, I’ll admit I was scared venturing into this new environment where there were a few other participants who already had some exposure to the world of entrepreneurship. Nonetheless, I strived to learn as much as I could from each session, became stronger at public speaking, developed better teamwork skills, and most importantly learned to embrace that I am just as capable as everyone else.
As many people say, there are several factors of a student’s college application however I think participating in TYE made a large impact in distinguishing myself from other applicants. With that being said, I actually got into UC Berkeley! I remember you mentioned that your daughter goes there and I thought wow if I could go there one day that would be incredible. Fast forward to March 2021, I was luckily offered admission to UC Berkeley.
Being part of TYE piqued my interest in the business side of things so I plan to either double major or minor in Economics so I can develop strong technical and non-technical skills necessary for my future endeavors.
Again, thank you for being part of my journey into college and setting aside your valuable time for the 8 months of the competition. My success is due to your amazing support and mentorship. I appreciate you so much and value everything I have learned from you. I will continue to apply the skills I’ve learned to my next four years in college and beyond!

What started in 2016 with just 2 schools grew, with Rajat ji’s unwavering support, to 13 schools by 2019.
Through this initiative, 731 students from Classes 8, 9, 11, and 12 received basic computer education. Four dedicated volunteers conducted regular classes and provided hands-on practical training in core computer skills.
The true impact of Rajat ji’s sponsorship is seen in the lives changed:
1. Access to Learning : In schools that offered education only up to Class 8, students carried their computer knowledge forward and moved to other schools to continue higher education.
2. Completion & Continuity : In 5 schools, Class 12 students successfully completed the full computer course.
3. Livelihood & Higher Studies . Many students are now pursuing higher education and preparing for competitive examinations. Several students from Mahila Ashram and other participating schools have also secured employment in chemist shops, jewellery shops, and other establishments after acquiring basic computer skills.
In total, across 13 centres , more than 700 children have been touched by Project Prakash . For many, this was their very first experience with a computer — a first step toward confidence, opportunity, and a better future.
Rajat ji, your 5 years of seva have not just funded computer labs. You have given children tools for life, dignity in work, and hope for tomorrow.

I was in charge of making the mock-ups and coordinated the meetings with you! I recently got admitted to Brown University Freshman for Applied Advanced Mathematics and Economics and wanted to thank you for your support throughout TYE. As I head into university, I wanted to ask you a few questions regarding finance and consulting. I understand that work experience as a freshman are slim and difficult, so I want to get a head start by being more informed and getting professional skills! During a relaxed dinner with a group of retired engineers, our CEO, Mr. Rajat Khurana, heard an inspiring story about the wife of a retired railway engineer.
Mrs. Ahuja, a lifelong homemaker, had recently found herself with time to spare after her husband's retirement from Indian Railways and her own children well-settled. In that time, she came across a 50-year-old, run-down orphanage for girls. Deeply moved by the lack of hope she saw in the eyes of the children, she felt a strong desire to make a difference.
Determined to contribute her time and energy, Mrs. Ahuja took on the role of Director. Seeing her passion and commitment, we pledged our full support. Together, we began the journey of revitalizing an institution that had long been neglected.
In less than two years, the transformation has been remarkable.
The girls now attend school in proper uniforms.
They receive three nutritious meals daily.
Comfortable bedding and solar-heated water ensure basic comforts.
Proper footwear allows them to play and explore freely.
Most importantly, they are surrounded by consistent support—from us, local organizations, and caring families.
And perhaps the most profound change: these girls now have dreams—to become teachers, doctors, engineers, even tennis players.
The aging building has been restored with structural reinforcements and fresh paint. New facilities, including an assembly hall and modern bathrooms, have been added. The community's financial and emotional support has far exceeded expectations.
What initially seemed like a daunting challenge for Mrs. Ahuja has evolved into a truly rewarding journey. With 50 young lives forever changed, this project remains one of the most meaningful initiatives we've had the privilege to support.
Among the many initiatives we've undertaken, our work with 75 tribal villages in Jharkhand stands out as one of the most impactful—and deeply humbling—projects we've been privileged to support.
Initially, our approach was straightforward: fund education to empower children and adults, enabling them to access better opportunities and build self-reliant futures. However, as we engaged more deeply, we came to a sobering realization—we knew little about the harsh realities of life in these remote tribal communities.
In these villages, basic human necessities are scarce. Many individuals do not own even two sets of clothing. During the harsh winter months, when temperatures can plummet to 20°F, some villagers resort to digging holes and covering themselves with leaves for warmth, as they do not even have a blanket to protect themselves.
Before education, these communities need compassion, dignity, and relief from daily suffering.
It is essential that they know someone out there cares.
It is essential that they are able to live without persistent pain.
It is essential that they understand the world has the means—and the heart—to support their most basic needs.
And it is essential, as a collective humanity, that we act.
The cost of intervention is minimal but life-changing:
$2 for a dhoti (traditional men's attire)
$3 for a sari (traditional women's attire)
$6 for a quilt
We have committed that before the next winter, every individual across these villages will receive an additional set of clothing and a quilt.
Additionally, we have introduced a monthly medical outreach program, where a doctor visits to provide basic healthcare services and build awareness. Even so, access to essentials like pain relievers, cough syrup, or simple bandages remains limited.
Our immediate focus this year is to deliver these basic necessities—clothing, warmth, and healthcare. Once these foundations are in place, we will move forward with our long-term goal: providing access to education and sustainable development.
This is not charity. It is a responsibility—to ensure that every human being has the right to live with dignity.
We are proud to announce the opening of a new school in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand—an important milestone in our ongoing initiative to uplift Adivasi (tribal) communities through education and healthcare.
Launched on the occasion of India's 64th Independence Day, the school marks a new beginning for 45 young girls, who have taken their first steps toward a brighter future.
Situated on a 2.5-acre campus, the school is currently staffed by three dedicated teachers and offers a nurturing, residential environment. All enrolled students receive three nutritious meals a day at no cost, along with a safe, supportive space to learn, live, and grow. Our vision is to create future role models—young women who will inspire transformation within their families and communities.

The girls' school in Hazaribagh has not only transformed the lives of 50 young students—it has inspired a movement. Individuals from neighboring districts and communities began reaching out, eager to understand how they could create similar spaces of opportunity in their own villages.
Our ask was straightforward: Give us an abandoned school or building—and we will take care of the rest.
One elderly resident of Belgara village in Chatra, Jharkhand (a community of over 1,000 households) stepped up. With his leadership and community support, we secured an old building and began work on our next milestone: a residential school for boys.
After four months of outreach, we found a Principal willing to relocate and lead this initiative. This decision came with challenges—Belgara is nestled deep in forested terrain, within an area long recognized as a core zone of the Naxalite movement, where feelings of systemic neglect run deep among tribal populations.
Despite the challenges, we are proud to announce the successful opening of the Boys' School in Belgara
The school will house and educate 25 boys aged 5 to 12. It is staffed with:
A full-time teacher to deliver quality education
A cook to provide three healthy meals a day
An assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
These boys will live, learn, and most importantly, dream here—dreams that once felt distant, now within reach. This school will not only change their lives, but serve as a beacon of hope for the entire region.
What's Next:
We are now working to establish a community dispensary staffed with an on-site doctor who will provide free medical care to 20 nearby villages.

California and America can attribute their success on many factors and Entrepreneurship is one of them. It can’t be taught in schools and Universities and hence we decided to be part of an initiative to teach high school students entrepreneurship. Among the many initiatives WCC supports Teaching Entrepreneurship to high school students in California is one of our favorites. A program that was started by our CEO, Rajat Khurana with other fellow CEOs, it has trained over 500 High School students since 2014. Students go thru a 4 month Business Plan Competition coming up with a Business Plan from Ideation to Marketing, Operations and Sales Plans. Details on Customer Acquisitions, Financials and Fund Raising are discussed on a weekly basis. Students from these programs have made it consistently to America’s Top Schools like Stanford, UC Berkely, MIT, U Chicago and many others. It gives us great satisfaction to see students learn Business Planning skills and move on to top schools with their hearts filled with gratitude towards the group of CEO’s who gave 4 months of their time.
For consultants who are ex-employees of large organizations getting into Consulting for the first time, WCC offers free assistance to help them set up their own Business, Bank Account, Insurance, and everything else required. WCC's Financial Advisors help identify the best type of Business and State for them. WCC will pay consultants on a 1099 basis till their Business is established. WCC helps all employees file Taxes by connecting them with our panel of 4 CPA's
WCC gives as an organization to many causes but also encourages our employees to give regularly to causes they believe in. WCC does a 3:1 match. For every $1 that an employee gives, WCC matches it with $3 helping employees give $4 to causes they believe. One of the biggest challenges Indian society faces today is the quality of education. Millions of students attend Government-Aided Schools and complete high school, but many of them do so without the knowledge and skills expected of an 8th grader. To motivate children to work towards higher academic goals, WCC started a Scholarship Program. WCC awards a scholarship to students who maintain 65% in both semesters of 9th Grade. The scholarship continues if they maintain 70% in both semesters of 10th Grade. In 11th Grade, students must maintain 75% in both semesters to continue receiving the scholarship. In 12th Grade, students must maintain 80% in both semesters to continue receiving the scholarship. Further, if students qualify for undergraduate education and demonstrate the inclination and aptitude to pursue it, WCC will provide scholarships to help them complete their undergraduate studies. WCC started this program with 100 children in Uttarakhand and plans to expand it over time.
